All of our products are authentic, original, factory issued items. We do not offer copies, fakes, bootlegs, or any kind of pirated material. We pride ourselves on catering exclusively to the distinct tastes of collectors, and audiophiles alike who will accept only original, authentic items, and will settle for nothing less.
Our products ship Monday through Friday from our various locations throughout Japan. Items shipped via Air Mail from Japan, generally require anywhere from 10 to 21 days to arrive at locations outside of Japan. Items shipped via EMS (at an additional cost) generally reach buyers within 3-7 days.
Refunds are offered on orders in instances where our team failed to fulfill the order properly (ie. wrong item). Refunds will not be issued for instances where a buyer changed their mind about the purchase at a later time, or the item arrived damaged as a result of postal negligence.
